Chain Tally™
Overview
Replace your dot tally book with a wireless handheld that is specifically designed for chain operations. The Chain Tally bridges the gap between the back office and the front line. The Chain Tally is the ideal tool for Green Chain Production of Vendor/Mill Loads. Bundles requiring Surface Measure, Grade and Piece Counts are quickly tallied using the lumber enhanced keyboard. Chain operations are production speed reliant allowing graders to quickly accelerate and improve their performance levels.
The unit maintains accurate tally information as the lumber moves across the chain. As graders tally loads, you can be filling green lumber orders. The Chain Tally maintains a record for each board tallied and the customer order to which it is directed. The grader is alerted when the load order has been filled.
While multiple loads are tallied, the Chain Tally maintains the daily production totals by species, grade and BFT used in the reporting at the end of each grading period.

Overview
Replace your Dot Tally Book. Now you can tally multiple length/width bundles while on the chain. The Chain Tally Export is specifically designed for length/width piece count Chain Tally Export operations. Save time and money with increased production and profits. The unit maintains accurate tally information as the lumber moves across the chain. As a grader tallies lumber, you can be filling green/dry lumber orders. The Chain Tally Export maintains a record for each board tallied and the customer order to which it is directed. The grader is alerted when a customer's load has been filled.
Two digit lengths and widths are easily entered with one keystroke allowing graders to tally with one handed operation. While multiple loads are being tallied, the Chain Tally Export maintains a daily production total by species, grade and BFT. From that you print a detailed production report.

End Tally™
Overview
The End Tally allows a user to perform a Length/Width Bundle Tally. The ergonomic design increases efficiency and speed, ultimately increasing a company's production, accuracy, and profit.
The End Tally allows you to follow step-by-step prompting. The flexible system setup routine allows you to fine tune your particular needs. Board footage calculations and length/width piece count information is instantly updated as the tally is performed.
While bundles and/or loads are tallied, the End Tally provides bundle recaps, board footage totals, dry to green board foot conversions and several detailed reports. Bundles can be reviewed for accuracy, tallies printed or sent wirelessly to a host computer.
The End Tally has a detailed, complete report printing system. You can print selected bundles/loads from a complete listing. Reports are by species, grade, thickness, length, total board piece count and board footage for both dry and green tallies. Bundles are grouped into a shipment listing. Tally reports are produced for each customer's bundle, detailing each bundle and it's contents.

Logscaler™
Overview
The Logscaler is the ideal tool for scaling load/logs from your tracts and vendor purchased loads. Loads are quickly scaled via the enhanced expanded numeric keyboard. Log operations are constantly scaling loads and pricing logs (log buyers, etc.) The Logscaler allows scalers to easily accelerate and improve their performance levels and profitability.
Features
- Quickly add/choose a vendor, trucker, inspector, specie, grade and/or price. Edit a log, a yard and other load details while working. Easily set up the Logscaler to operate and supply any log scaling needs.
- The Logscaler can operate as a stand-alone device and when connected to an optional printer, can print Load-Log scale tickets from the report menu

Palletrax™
Overview
Palletrax is the most advanced system on today's market. It is a very lightweight, environmentally tough microcomputer designed for today's rapid pace Pallet industry. Palletrax is designed to provide the pallet manufacturing industry with critical information encompassing all areas of order tracking, employee production and overall facility efficiency.
The Palletrax handheld data collector interfaces with the Windows-based Yardmaster Pallet System. Yardmaster provides managers the ability to establish accurate inventory control from purchased dimension loads to the final shipment of pallets.
Employee production, order tracking and efficiency analysis is accomplished through bar coding technology and scanning devices. As each employee completes the building of a pallet, a bar code label is attached to the unit. Important information such as pallet type, order number, production line, employee ID and date/time are captured through fixed bar code scanners or the versatile Palletrax handheld.

Timber Cruiser™
Overview
The Timber Cruiser is an environmentally sealed handheld computer designed to function in the field (independently of an office PC) and provide detailed stand evaluation results immediately. The Timber Cruiser allows the forester to grade each tree or log cruised and identify a product type by individual tree or overall species. With the integrated 5 megapixel color camera, the forester can document specific trees, hazards or any element of interest. The unit offers, with just one key stroke, the capability of recording detailed plot and stand notes with immediate plot footage totals. The integrated GPS plots points used to overlay the stand onto a topographic map.

Yard Tally™
Overview
The Yard Tally is a must for total yard management. The Yard Tally is the ideal tool for handling yard activities such as changing yard locations or loading kilns. It is a comprehensive utility program essential for the wireless real-time movement and processing of your lumber packs. It gives users a complete lumber tally/process solution.

- Stacker: Estimated tallies for bundles created quickly by a layer table setup routine.
- Location Change: Many yards need to track bundle movement for inventory levels, shipments, scheduling of kiln drying and other bundle processes.
- Load a Predryer: Predryers can be loaded by entering the bundles in the desired Predryer ID. Data is wirelessly transmitted to the Lumber System.
- Load a Kiln: Kiln managers can load kilns in real-time while increasing their efficiency and accuracy for kiln charges.
- Load a Destacker: Destack bundles in real-time as they are taken apart at the destacker.
- Load Process: Enter bundle numbers to fill a Process ID (setup custom bundle process in Yardmaster).

- Block Tally: Bundle BFT may need to be an estimated tally - another way to enter block tally. Basically, the bundle's BFT are calculated by entering length, width, thickness and number of layers.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Yards regularly update their inventory volumes by performing a physical inventory count. The inventory count can be reconciled with the inventory levels in our software so yards can update their bundle data as needed.
- Bundle Request: Yards may enter bundle criteria and retrieve a report of real-time matching bundle numbers.
- Split Bundle: A powerful and time saving routine that allows pulling pieces of lengths from one bundle, then creating a secondary bundle.
- Inventory Request: Yard managers can perform inventory queries on their inventory levels by asking for any combination of lumber attributes and receive a summary report whenever needed.
- Sending Data to Yardmaster: Details of all bundle processes can be uploaded to a PC running the Yardmaster Omni Lumber System. The bundle information can be transferred via direct cable connection to a PC or via a wireless network. The wireless Yard Tally is the fastest and most efficient method to transfer bundle processes and movements to the Lumber System. The Yard Tally transmits your information to the host Yardmaster Lumber System and allows real-time update to inventory levels for all users to view.
