  • Estimated Bundles (Created at the Stacker-layer tally or hand key)
  • In Process Export Bundle (Length/width tally)
  • KD Export Bundles (length/width tally)
Vendor Load Receiving
  • Verify loads
  • Load reconciliation (reconciles vendor's tally to your yard's tally)
  • Bundle creation while tallying load
  • Placing load bundles into inventory
Load-Bundle Costing
  • Load cost
  • Load's bundle costs (calculated from the Load Reconciliation routine)
  • The bundle's originating cost reflects the actual cost of the load's grade price per MBF makeup in each bundle
In Process Costing
  • Set up cost per process
  • An original cost and a process cost will be assigned to the bundles
  • Add costs for:
  • Stacking
  • Predrying
  • Kiln drying
  • per MBF or Bundle
Mill cost for bundles (bundles: no cost from loads)
Lot Reconciliation
  • Reconciles estimated bundle footage with the footage from their originating loads
  • (4) methods for the reconciliation
Load/unload predryers
Load/unload kilns
Bundle creation at the Stacker
Destacking and un-destacking
Pile Down Reconciliation
  • The cost of bundles placed into a kiln and Destacked is spread to the newly formed (created from the same destacked bundles) KD (length/width) bundles
  • Premier reconciles between the Grade, Pieces and Footage for bundles loaded into a kiln and destacked versus the Grade, Pieces and Footage of the newly formed KD bundles created from the destacking
Robust Order Entry/Shipment Module
  • Create orders
  • Create Shipments to fill the orders
  • Several ship as -"Company Names"

  • Such as 7%
  • This changes BFT back to green footage before kiln drying
  • You may also allow the percent shrinkage to affect the bundle's tally detail as well as the total BFT (so that the tally and the FTG agree)
Several Hand Held Data Collectors interface to this system
CHAIN TALLY
  • Tally Green Chain Bundles
  • Tally Vendor Loads
  • Surface Measure & Grade Tally (export model tallies Length/Width)
YARD TALLY
