The Jett YARD TALLY is a must for total yard management. The YARD TALLY is the ideal tool to handle yard activities from Location changes to the Loading of Kilns - All this is via WWAN in Real-Time! 

• The standard Jett YARD TALLY prints to an optional printer- sends lumber data to computer by direct connect or can send wirelessly for instant inventory updates available to all users in real-time

• Designed for one-handed operation, the Jett features a powerful Microsoft® Windows® CE .NET 4.2 operating system, Intel XScale® Technology Processor, color sunlight readable display with touch screen technology, and a variety of interface capabilities.

• The Jett comes standard with 64MB of SDRAM and 64MB of built-in Compact Flash (32MB used for OS), which is expandable to 2GB. For protection of data, removable data storage or I/O cards, the Jett is equipped with a Compact Flash (CF) slot.

• The Jett is specifically designed for industrial and commercial use. The case (optional IP 65 available) is molded from Xenoy®, one of the most durable, chemical-resistant materials available on the market today. • Integrated wireless options for the Jett. WLAN 802.11b (Wi-Fi) offers the ability to wirelessly send lumber data in real-time to our YARDMASTER Lumber System, so that all user's can instantly be updated with inventory volumes and processes.

• Estimated tallies for bundles can be created quickly by means of a layer table setup routine. Enter the appropriate length and thickness that matches the layer table and the number of layers to estimate these tallies, 

• Many yards need to track bundle movement for inventory levels, shipments, scheduling of kiln drying and other bundle processes. Locations changes in real-time help projecting and tracking of production. 

• Predryers can be loaded by entering the bundles in the desired Predryer ID and this data is wirelessly transmitted to the Lumber System.

• Kiln managers will appreciate the ability to load Kilns in real-time whille increasing their efficiency and accuracy for kiln charges. 

• Destack bundles, in real-time as they are taken apart at the destacker and and increase your efficiency. 

• Enter bundle numbers to fill a Process ID (for whichever bundle process you have setup in YARDMASTER).

• A powerful function that allows the merging of up to (5) bundles to an existing bundle ID. Perfect for patial packs.

• Picking bundles to fill an order is now quick and real-time. Simply select the Order ID and enter the bundlenumbers to fill that order. The order will be filled with your entries.

• Quite often bundles BFT will need to be an estimated tally. This is another method by means of a entering block tally. Basically, the bundle's BFT are calculated by entering Length, Width, Thickness and number of layers. 

• Yards regularly update their inventory volumes by performing a physical inventory count. The inventory count can be reconciled with the inventory levels in our software so yards can update their bundle data. 

• Yards may enter bundle criteria and retrieve in real-time (via WLAN) a report of bundle numbers matching their search.

• Another powerful and time saving routine, allows pulling pieces of lengths from one bundle and then creating a secondary bundle. While in the shed you may search for the bundle being split, modify it's tally from the removal of pieces and create a new bundle from those pieces and then send the edited old bundle and the newly created bundle wirelessly back to the Lumber System in real-time.

• Yard managers can perform inventory queries on their inventory levels by asking for any combination of lumber attributes and receive a summary report in real-time, whenever needed.
