While studying
forestry in college, Patrick began investigating early applications for
computer use within many areas of the lumber and logging industries. In late
1986, Patrick moved back to Greensboro, NC and in 1987 founded Forestry
Systems. Patrick is President and owner of Forestry Systems and has established
it as the leading provider of ERP, inventory control and hand held computers to
the hardwood lumber industry with close to 850 installed accounts throughout
North America.
